摘 要:为真实反映混凝土压力管在内水压力作用下的受力状况,采用自行设计制作的一套加载设备和部分测试设备,对钢纤维混凝土压力管、钢筋混凝土压力管及配筋钢纤维混凝土压力管,进行了内压性能对比试验研究及理论分析.试验结果表明:内水压力试验方法简单、易行、可靠;配筋钢纤维混凝土压力管的抗裂性及极限承载力均有较大程度的提高,且改善了压力管内压时的破坏形态;在配筋钢纤维混凝土压力管中,钢材以钢纤维和钢筋两种方式加入混凝土管体中,钢纤维以其阻裂增强作用提高管件的开裂荷载;钢筋则提高管件的极限承载力和延性.使管件兼具较好的抗裂性、较大的承载能力和较好的延性.To reflect the mechanical behavior of a real pipe bearing inner water Pressure, a loading method by inner water pressure is used in this test. The loading equipment and a part of measuring devices are designed and made by ourself. Compare tests and theory analysis have worked out for the performance of the steel fiber reinforced concrete pipe, the reinforced concrete pipe, the pipe with steel fiber reinforced concrete and steel bar under the inner pressure. The experimental results show that the method is simple, easy, and reliable, the pipe made of steel fiber reinforced concrete and steel bar can bear high cracking and ultimate load, and its spoiled form is improved under inner water pressure loading. Putting steel fiber into reinforced concrete to make pipe, the cracking load of the pipe is increased by steel fiber, and the ultimate load and ductility are increased by steel bar. This pipe has good performance of anti-cracking, ductility and bearing capacity.
