摘　　要：介绍电信网络融合发展的背景和电信网络的发展趋势 ,分析通信网络中交换部分的几种主要技术 ,如 :ATM、IP、MPLS等 ,阐述网络发展中的新技术 ,如 :光交换、MPλS、GMPLS ,着重展示网络演进过程中ATM和IP的融合及其发展方向。This paper briefly introdrces the background and tendency of the development of the telecommunication core network,analyzes the major techniques of switch,for example ATM,IPand MPLS,etc.It also introduces the new switch techniques about MPλS and GMLS.The emphasis of this article intends to show the tendency of the IP over ATM druing the process of the network's evolution.
