唐山市区及区级以上医院护理人员死因资料的减寿分析

摘　　要：目的　研究导致医院护理人员死亡的主要死因及其危害程度。方法　采用减寿分析指标对唐山市2 0家区及区级以上医院护理人员 (1985— 1999年 )的死因资料进行了分析。结果　危害医院护理人员健康的主要死因是恶性肿瘤、损伤与中毒、脑膜炎、心脏病、脑血管疾病和泌尿系统疾病。损伤与中毒、恶性肿瘤、脑膜炎和心脏病是导致医院护理人员工作年限损失的主要死因。Objective In order to research the main death causes of nurses and its hazard degree. Methods The indicators of potential years of life lost and rate of PYLL were applied to analyze the mortality data of nurses during 1985-1999 in twenty districts and municipal hospitals of Tangshan. Results The main causes of death which harmed the health of nurses were malignant tumors, injuring toxin diseases, meningitis, heart diseases, cerebral vascular diseases and urinary diseases. Injuring toxin diseases, malignant tumors, meningitis and heart diseases were the main causes of future working years lost. Conclusion Nurses′ life span and future working years will be impaired if nurses work in hospital environment year in year out.
