摘　　要：采用根组织切片法从杏黄兜兰根内分离到 1 3株真菌 ,镰刀菌和组丝核菌为优势菌。将组丝核菌JF74、JF75、JF80制成菌剂 ,施入杏黄兜兰根部 ,对杏黄兜兰产生了一定的促进生长的效果。Thirteen strains have been isolated from the roots of Paphipedilum armeniacum by the way of cutting roots.Fusarium and Phacodium are dominant fungi.Fungi fertilizer has been made of the strains JF74?JF75?JF80,which belong to Phacodilum.The fungi fertilizer promotes the growth of Paphipedilum armeniacum after applying it to the plants.
