摘　　要：综述了抗除草剂基因研究的意义、研究机理及国内外研究现状 ,分析了各种转基因方法的优缺点 。The paper introduced the importance, the mechanism and present situation of studies on herbicide resistance genes. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of various transformation approaches were discussed forward to the future of the study.
