摘　　要：分别用Sepharose 4B、Sephacryl 2 0 0HR和Sepharose 6 Fastflow柱色谱进行地鼠肾细胞狂犬病疫苗浓缩原液纯化试验 ,试制精制地鼠肾细胞狂犬病疫苗。对疫苗的残余牛血清含量、效力、收获率和安全性进行检测 。To prepare purified primary hamster kidney cell rabies vaccine (PPHKCRV), Sepharose4B,Sephacryl-200HR,Sepharose 6-Fast Flow chromatography were used respectively in this experiment. By checking residual calf serum contents, safety, potency and harvest recovery of purifying rabies vaccine, the methods mentioned above were screened. A purification procedure that was suitable to large scale production of purified primary hamster kidney cell rabies vaccine was established.
