摘　　要：目的 观紊ＬＨＲＨ－ＰＥ４０注射剂对体外培养的人肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用。方法 用ＭＴＴ检恻 ＬＨＲＨ－ＰＥ４０对体外培养的人肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用，找出敏感肿瘤细胞系。结果ＬＨＲＨ－ＰＥ４０对体外培养的多 种人肿庙细胞具有细胞毒作用，细胞对药物的敏感程度依次为：ｓｍｍｕｕ７７２１（人肝癌）＜ＨＥＰＧ２（人肝癌）＜ＨＣＴ－８(人结肠癌）＜ＭＣＦ－７（人乳腺癌）＜Ａ５４９（人肺腺癌）＜ＭＧＣ－８０３（人胃癌）。结论 为动物体内的药效学研究和临 床用药提供依据。Objective To observe the cytotoxic activity of LHRH-PE40 injection to the human tumor cell lines cultured in vitro. Methods The cytotoxic activity of LHRH-PE40 to the human tumor cell lines cultured in vitro was detected by MTT method, and sensitive tumor cell lines were selected out. Results LHRH-PE40 showed cytotoxic activities to many kinds of tumor cells. In the order of sensitivity to LHRH-PE40, the cell lines were MGC-803(carcinoma of stomach), A549(adenocarcinoma of lung) , MCF-7(mammary cancer), HCT-8(carcinoma of colon), HEPG2(liver cancer) and smmuu7721(liver cancer). Conclusion The study laid a foundation of pharmacodynamical study in vivo of animals and clinical applica-tion of LHRH-PE40.
