摘 要:为了深入研究Zn2 +的抗病毒特性 ,试验比较了Zn2 +对 3种细菌各自噬菌体的复制增殖能力的影响。结果表明 :在 [Zn2 +]为 2 0 μmol/l时 ,将Zn2 +与大肠杆菌噬菌体E2 3温育 90min可导致对该噬菌体增殖能力的 6 9 3%的抑制 ;当 [Zn2 +]为 2 5 μmol时 ,90min的类似温育对北京棒杆菌噬菌体C2复制能力的抑制率为 90 0 % ;而当 [Zn2 +]达 15 0 μmol/l时 ,类似的处理对解淀粉芽孢杆菌噬菌体B5m复制增殖能力的抑制率仅为 5 8%。实验表明 ,低Zn2 +时 ,Zn2 +对噬菌体复制形成噬菌斑的抑制程度与 [Zn2 +]呈正相关性 ;对一定浓度的Zn2 +,随着作用时间延长 ,其抑制作用增强。通过温育作用时间与抑制率关系的分析 ,表明Zn2 +抑制作用的位点在细菌病毒内部 ,而不在其外表。In order to study more fully the properties of zinc ions resistant to viruses, zinc ions for their inhibiting effects on the replication of three different bacteriophages were tested for the first time. The results indicated that, when the bacteriophage E23 of Escherichia coli was incubated with zinc ions of 20 μmol/l for 90 min.,the zinc ions could inhibit the replication of the bacteriophages of 69.3%;whereas, when incubated with zinc ions of 25 μmol/l and 150 μmol/l for 90min, the inhibition rates of the replication of phage C2 of Corynebacterium pekinese and phage B5m of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens were 90.0% and 58%,respectively. As shown by the tests, the inhibition rate of plaque forming was positively relative to the concentration of zinc ions in a proper range of the concentration. When proper concentration of zinc ions was determind, the inhibition became more and more strong as the interaction time of zinc ions to phages increased.The study of the relationship between treating time of zinc ions and the inhibition rate indicated that the recognition sites for inhibition were in the internal of phages other than at the external of the phages.
