摘　　要：江泽民总书记的“七一”讲话对中国共产党８０年历史作出了全新的理论概括，是对党的性质、宗旨和根本任务的新阐释，对解决党的建设所面临的重大理论问题和现实问题具有全新的突破，是对共产主义和社会主义本质的新理解。“七一”讲话总结了新的经验，提出了新的思想，体现了新的成果，充满了解放思想、实事求是的精神，充满了求真务实勇于创新的精神，充分体现了马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质，是党的第三代领导核心对马克思主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的丰富和发展所作出的新的贡献。The Speech at the Rally in Celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China' delivered by Jiang Zemin consist of four parts: achievements and basic experience of the Communist Party of China in the 80 - year struggle; correctly understand and comprehensively fulfill the requirements of the 'Three Represent's'; strengthen and improve the Party building in accordance with the requirements of the 'Three Represent' s'; continue to strive for the fulfillment of the basic line and historic mission of the Party. The speech reviews the history to sum up the experience, focus on the reality to solve the problems, and looks forward to the future to enhance our confidence, which makes fresh contributions to enriching and developing Marxism.
