冻干甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗的研制

摘　　要：研制冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗 ,提高疫苗的稳定性 ,便于保存及运输 ,保证疫苗的接种效果。采用CA 9冻干保护剂 ,按 1∶3.5的比例加入疫苗 ,制备冻干疫苗。冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗具有与液体疫苗相同的安全性及免疫原性。在 2～ 8℃保存的有效期较液体疫苗的 3～ 5个月提高到 18个月。在室温和 37℃保存的稳定性也明显提高。冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗的稳定性良好 ,无需低温保存、冷链运输 。Lyophilized attenuated live hepatitis A vaccine was studied for raising its stability in order to store and transport and for guarantee its vaccination effect. CA 9 freeze dried protection agents were added to the vaccine with the ratio of 1: 3.5. The vaccine has the same immunogenicity and security as liquid vaccine. The valid period after storage under 2～8℃ raised from 3～5 months of liquid vaccine to 18 months of the vaccine. The stability in room temperature was also remarkably improved. Therefore, lyophilized attenuated live vaccine of hepatitis A vaccine has good stability, no need to store in low temperature and to transport with cold chain. It is good for spreading its application in large scale.
