摘 要:采用同一批次细胞基质收获甲肝和麻疹病毒。应用甲肝L A 1株和麻疹D3T11株 ,间隔 3周先后感染同一批次人胚肺二倍体细胞 2BS株 ,待两种病毒同时达到增殖高峰期时收获病毒液 (以下简称HAM )。对HAM分别进行病毒滴定、特异性检查、猴体安全性和免疫效果试验。结果显示 ,HAM的甲肝和麻疹病毒滴度与同批单价甲肝和麻疹疫苗病毒滴度 ,差异均无显著意义。该方法用于制备甲肝 麻疹联合疫苗 ,省时省力 ,操作简便 。Hepatitis A and measles viruses in the same batch of cell substrate were harvested applying hepatitis A virus L A 1 strain and measles virus D3T11 strain. An interval of 3 weeks the two viruses were infected successively to human lung diploid fibroblast cell of the same batch of 2BS strain. When the two viruses have reached to their proliferating peak simultaneously, they were harvested in liquid state (HAM for short). The HAM was detected on virus titer, specificity, safety in monkey, and immune effect respectively. The results showed that the united vaccine of hepatitis A and measles in HAM has no significant difference as compared with single vaccines in the same batch substrate. Therefore, this preparation method of united vaccine is superior to routine one because of time saving, work saving, easy operating, and cost reducing.
