不同地区用同批卡介苗接种结果的比较

摘　　要：在六个观察点用同一批冻干皮内卡介苗接种新生儿 ,于接种 12周 ,用PPD做皮内试验 ,结果显示 :各观察点间阳转率未见差异 ;硬结均径从大到小的观察点顺序是 :北京 >杭州 >沈阳 >哈尔滨 >广州 >长春 。The newborns were inoculateded by same batch of BCG.The immunoreactions were measured by H PPD or BCG PPD in the 12 week after inoculation.The results showed that there were no significant difference found in positive conversion reate from six different areas.The variations in average induration diameters were related to the different PPD used and a number of factors resulted from observations from different areas.
