摘  要:将日本大阪大学微生物病研究会 (BIKEN)提供的Oka水痘病毒第 2 8代减毒株 ,通过MRC - 5人二倍体细胞连续传递 10代 ,建立主代及工作代毒种批 ,并对其后的 32代 ,34代 ,36代及 38代病毒按WHO规程进行全面检定 ,证实其生物学特性相似 ,免疫原性良好 。The 28th passage of Oka strain of varicella virus,which was provided by the Research Foundation for microbial Disease in Osaka University,was used for establishment the master and working seed lot,and further passaged 10 generations on MRC 5 human diploid cells.The 32th,34th,36th,and 38th passages of Oka strain were first carried out all control tests according to specifications in Requirements of WHO.The results showed that their biological characteristics were in accordance with these requirements,and seroconversion rates were from 90.8% to 98.0%.The studies demonstrated the stability and consistency of working strain of live attenuated varicella vaccine.
