摘  要:目前 ,随着基因定位研究的普遍开展 ,由于复杂性状每个易感基因的弱效应及单个研究中家系资料的不足造成各研究间的结果常不一致 .如何科学地分析这些众多的不一致的结果正是目前基因定位和克隆研究者普遍面临的一个问题 .为此 ,针对不同的连锁分析研究设计 。With the fast development of gene mapping experimental technology and the growing interest in detection of genetic effects for complex traits, the number of literatures on linkage studies is increased exponentially,among them many have focused on a single disease, but the results are often inconsistent. These previous studies have provided many useful information for current gene mapping and gene cloning studies, while at the same time they also puzzle the current researchers about how to summarize these varying results correctly. In view of this, meta analysis appears to be a powerful method for synthesizing information from multiple studies. However, the general methods for meta analysis can not be applied to the analysis of gene mapping literatures directly because of the specialty of linkage studies. We here introduce two methods of meta analysis for linkage studies according to different study designs and different hypotheses that have been developed recently. These methods can pool relatively weak signals from individual studies into a collectively stronger evidence of genetic effects, and provide a quantitative framework for modeling variability among studies.
