黄芪多糖和加味玉屏风汤对小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡抑制作用的比较

摘　　要：目的　研究黄芪多糖 (APS)和加味玉屏风汤 (MJSD)对小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡影响的效应差别。方法　采用荧光显微镜和流式细胞仪 ,分别检测相同浓度APS或MJSD共同培养前后胸腺细胞凋亡指数和细胞亚二倍体的变化 ,并进行横向比较。结果　发现MJSD和APS对胸腺细胞的自发凋亡及由地塞米松磷酸纳 (Dex p　 10 -7M)诱导的胸腺细胞凋亡均有明显的抑制作用 ,且MJSD的作用优于APS。结论　MJSD的免疫调节作用优于APS。To investigate the comparison of inhibition by Astragalus ploysaccharide and modified jade screen decoction on murine thymocyte apoptosis.The changes of thymocyte apoptosis index and cell hypodiploid ratio were detected by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometric analysis before and after the thymocytes were coincubated with MJSD or APS.Results came from the same concentration of MJSD and APS were compared.The results shew that MJSD and APS both had significant inhibition effect on thymocyte apoptosis happened spontaneously and induced by Dex p,and the effect of MJSD was better than that of APS.It demonstrated that the immunoregulation effect of MJSD is better than that of APS,APS and other component in MJSD cooperate in the effect.
