伊曲康唑治疗头癣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：了解伊曲康唑治疗儿童头癣的疗效和安全性。方法：头癣患儿每天晚饭后一次口服１００ｍｇ 伊曲康咐，连续６周。结果：治疗第７周，２５例患者中治愈１２例，显效９例，临床总有效率８４％。治疗第１４周痊愈１９例（７６％），显效４例，总有效率９２％。真菌学清除率为１００％。未见明显的不良反应。结论：伊曲康唑治疗儿童头癣疗效高、安全。Objective: In order to understand the treatment efficacy Itrconazole on child cases with tinea capitis. Methods: All patients took Itrconazole 100 mg after meal and continued for 6 weeks. Results:7 weeks later, 12 of 25 patients were cured, 9 were apparently improved, and the efficacy rate was 84% . After 14 weeks, 19 were cured (76%), 4 were apparently improved, and the efficacy rate was 92% . Fungus eradication rate was 100% . Conclusion: Itrconazol is good response and safe in treatment of child case with tinea capitis.
