摘　　要：本文对大口径铸石管生产工艺中,配料计算中余硅指数的选定、配料中结晶促进剂的加入量、如何控制离心结晶过程中管子前、中、后部温差、离心结晶时间的控制和退火温度等几个特殊问题进行了探讨.In this paper, the following particular problems in production technology for largehole cast stone tube has been researched such as selection for residual silica index in batch calculation, adding amount of crystal promotor, how to control the temperature difference of front, middle and rear parts of the tube, regulating the crystallization time in centrifugal casting and the annealing temperature.
