肾病综合征中医病理及治疗探讨

摘　　要：本文探讨了肾病综合征的中医病理变化及治疗原则。认为肾病综合征存在着阳虚、阴虚、水湿、瘀血、气滞等病理变化。针对这些病理变化 ,中医相应地要采取温阳、养阴、祛湿、活血、行气的治疗原则。临床应权衡利害 ,仔细辨证 ,在数法并进的同时有所侧重 ,或一法独施 ,急治其标。This paper discussed nephrotic syndromes pathology of TCM and treatment principle.Author consider that nephrotic syndrome exists such pathology of TCM as Yang deficiency,Ying deficiency,retention of phlegm,blood stasis,stagnation of vital energy,and so on.According to this pathology of TCM,warming Yang,nourishing Ying,eliminating wetness evil in the body,promoting blood circulation and vital energy circulation should be used in treating nephrotic syndrome.When treating nephrotic sydnrome in clinic,it is necessary that stress one aspect specially under synthetically using kinds of ways or use one principle in symptomatic treatment in acute condition,on the basis of weighing the merits and demerits and differenting of symptoms and signs carefully.
