尼莫通治疗椎—基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察尼莫通静滴治疗椎—基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效并探索其使用方法。方法：以静滴尼莫通组为治疗组，以静滴丹参为主的传统治疗法组为对照组，将两组的治愈时间作统计学处理。结果：治疗组治愈时间 (8. 17± 3. 648)d，比对照组治愈时间 (12. 07± 3. 611)d短，经统计学处理有非常显著性差异 (P<0. 001)。结论：尼莫通组疗效明显比丹参组好，且尼莫通静滴可采取较为简便的方法。Objectives:To observe the effect of Nimotop on treating the vetigo caused by poor-blood-supply in vetebral-basilar artery.Methods:Taking Nimotop as the treatment group and danshen as the control.Results:The curing time of the Nimotop was shorter (8.17± 3.65d) than that of the control group (12.07± 3.61d).The differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:The therapy effect of Nimotop is better than that of the danshen.
