鱼棉平喘方对哮喘豚鼠的平喘作用及血浆中血小板活化因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨鱼棉平喘方对哮喘豚鼠的作用机制。方法　①用等容积氯化乙酰胆碱和磷酸组织胺引喘 ,观察各组豚鼠给药前、后的引喘潜伏期。②用卵清蛋白复制哮喘模型 ,采用生物定量法测定血浆中血小板活化因子 (PAF)的含量。结果　①本方治疗各组与正常组以及与治疗前比较 ,均显著延长引喘时间 (P <0 0 1) ,与阳性药组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。②本方治疗各组与模型组比较均显著降低血浆PAF含量 (P <0 0 1～ 0 0 5 ) ,与阳性药组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　本方有明显的平喘作用 ,其作用机制与其调节机体PAF含量有关。AIM To investigate the mechanism of Yumaian Anti\|asthma Formula (YAF) in treating asthmatic guinea pig. METHODS ①Observe the latent period of asthma\|inducing of normal guinea pigs and that of them after YAF's preventing. ②Determine the plasma Platelet\|activating factor (PAF) contents by biologically quantitative method. RESULTS ①The latent period of asthma\|inducing was obviously prolonged in guinea pigs prevented by YAF and positive drugs when compared with normal guinea pigs ( P< 0 01). ②The plasma PAF contents of normal and treated asthmatic guinea pigs were much lower than that of asthmatic guinea pigs ( P< 0 01～0 05). The plasma PAF contents of normal asthmatic guinea pigs were lowest and close to that of large\|dose group of which the plasma PAF contents are significantly lower than that of control group ( P< 0 05). CONCLUSION YAF has obvious effects of relieving asthma and the mechanism of its function is due to regulating the plasma PAF level.
