摘　　要：目的　观察电视胸腔镜技术在肺外科常见疾病治疗中的价值。方法　对 2 0 7例胸部常见疾病施行电视胸腔镜手术。结果　 2 0 0例在胸腔镜下完成手术 ,7例转开胸手术。平均手术时间 5 6 .8分钟 ,平均住院日 9.3天 ,术后并发症发生率 4.6 %。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and rationalization of video assisted thoracoscopy surgery (VATS) in lung surgery.Method Two hundred and seven patients with pulmonary disease underwent VATS or VAMS(video-assosted minithoracotomy surgery).Results Two hundreds patients were operated by VATS of VAMS.The mean operation time was 56.8 min.and mean length of hospital stay was 9.3 days.There was no operation mortality and the complications occurred in 9 cases (4.6%).Conclusion VATS could beapromising method in the treatment of pulmonary disease.
