南水北调西线工程供水目标及范围

摘　　要：确定合理的供水目标和范围是调水工程可行与否的重要依据。根据西线总体规划，南水北调西线工程总调水规模约为１７０亿 ｍ～3，其中第一期调水 ４０亿 ｍ～3，第二期调水 ５０亿 ｍ～3 ，第三期调水 ８０亿 ｍ～3 。在对黄河流域及邻近地区缺水形势和性质分析的基础上，提出西线调水的供水范围为黄河上中游的六省（区）及其邻近地区，供水对象主要为工业生活和生态环境用水，并对西线用水进行了初步配置。Determination of reasonable goals and scopes of the water supply effected by the project of water diversion from the South to the North via the western course(the project called hereafter) lays the foundation for evalua tion of the feasibility of the project. According to the master plan on it, the project is to divert totally 17 bil lions of water each year with 4 billions of water to be effected by the first stage project, 5 billions by the second stage project, and 8 billions the third stage project. After analysis of the water shortage in the Yellow River and its neighboring regions, the scope of the water supply by the project is determined as the six provinces in the upper Yellow River and their neighboring regions for the purposes of the industrial, agricultural and ecoen vironmental uses. Initial layout for the project is done.
