摘  要:按照不同的供水范围和目标分析,南水北调西线第一期工程调水40亿m~3 ,产生的可定量计算的直接经济效益为248.01亿元,其中城镇供水经济效益、生态环境供水经济效益(含黄河干流补水经济效益)、水力发电经济效益分别为200、17.14、30.87亿元。根据不同的测算条件分析得出,调入黄河干流的水成本价为0.7~1.0元/m~3。On the analysis of the goals and the scope, the first stage project of water diversion from the South to the North via the western course is to divert 4 billions of water. It will yield 24. 8 billions Yuan(in RMB) of direct economic benefit that can be quantitatively calculated. The benefit can be broken down into 20 billions Yuan from the water supply to cities and towns, 1. 7 billions Yuan from the water supply for eco-environmental uses, which includes the water supply to the stem stream of the Yellow River, and 3. 087 billions Yuan from the wa ter supply for hydraulic power generation, respectively. The cost of the water delivered to the Yellow River is estimated to be 0. 7~1. 0 Yuan /m~3 based on the analysis of the conditions.
