水电站“无人值班”方式下“电脑值班员”新概念

摘　　要：隔河岩水电厂通过国家“无人值班”(少人值守 )水电厂验收之后 ,提出了三年内实现无人值班的奋斗目标。针对电厂实行“无人值班”(少人值守 )两年来发生的种种问题 ,本文首次在国际国内提出“电脑值班员”新概念 ,并阐述了在电厂监控系统中创建“电脑值班员”软件包的思路、构想。After Geheyan Station passed the acceptance for its title of “no person on duty” (or a few persons on duty) hydropower plant carried out by the state,the stuggle objective which to realize the target without person on duty in three years was indicated.In accordance with various problems arisen in 2 years after the implementation of “no person on duty” in this station,this article has firstly pointed out the concept of E\|brain operator,and it elaborates the thinking and conception about creation of E\|brain software package in control system of power plant.
