摘　　要：本系统是一个数据管理、信息处理和计算分析的集成化软件，在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ９８和ＶｉｓｕａｌＦｏｘｐｒｏ ６．０支持下，菜单提示选择，人机对话，能进行观测数据输入、修改、删除和查询，统计观测量的每年、每月及任意时段的最大值、最小值、平均值和变幅值，建立观测效应量的回归模型和预报模型，计算各影响分量的最大值、最小值、时效分量的年平均变化率和预报值，并能显示和打印各类报表和过程线，从而分析大坝的工作性态。本系统的各项功能有交互式的对话框，一目了然，操作十分方便快捷。This system is an integrated computer software which can fulfill the tasks of monitoring data management and analysis for Changzhao Dam. Supported by Windows 98 and Visual Foxpro 6. 0, the system is designed to complete the following operations: editing monitoring data, counting characteristic values, establishing statistical models and forecast models, calculating influence components, their characteristic values and forecast values; displaying and printing various kinds of tables and graphs. There is an interactive query window in every function module, so it is easy for users to operate the system.
