摘　　要：钱塘江北岸标准海塘工程作为国家重点工程 ,经过建设各方三年不懈努力 ,完成新建标准海塘 31km .As the important state engineering,by 3 year's construction,the north bank of Qiantang River has been completed for 31km.In this text,the author records its quality controlling & process controlling,which is helpful to the construction of standard bank.
