摘  要:目的:通过比较冠心病(CAD)患者与健康正常人血小板表面膜蛋白颗粒(GMP-140)、假血友病因子(vWF)、血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的变化,探讨血小板活化、炎症反应在CAD发病中所起的作用。方法:对25例急性心肌梗死(AMI)和38例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者进行血浆GMP-140、vWF、CRP测定。结果:AMI和UAP患者血浆GMP-140、vWF、CRP明显升高。GMP-140、vWF、CRP与AMI和心绞痛缺血面积呈正相关。结论:血小板活化、炎症反应参与CAD的发病,血小板活化与炎症反应的程度可判断预后。Objective: To compare the concentrations of plasma GMP-140 vWF, C-reactive protein (CRP) between patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) and healthy persons, evaluating the role of platelet activation and inflammatory reaction in the development of CAD. Methods: The concentrations of plasm GMP-140, vWF, CRP were measured in twenty-five of the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and thirty-eight of the patients with unstable angina pectoralgia(UAP). Results: The concentrations of plasm GMP-140, vWF, CRP in the patients with AMI and UAP were significantly higher than healthy persons(P<0.01) , and there were positive correlations with ischemic and infarction size. Conclusion : The results demonstrate that platelet activation and inflammatory reaction may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CAD. The level of platelet activation and inflammatory reaction may have a higher prognostic value in CAD.
