摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法测定甲硝唑栓中甲硝唑的含量。方法:以岛津ODS为层析柱(150mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相。乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长:310nm,流速:1.0ml·min^(-1),样品经乙醇溶解,过滤后进行分析。结果:测得平均回收率为99.8％,RSD=0.19％(n=5),回归方程Y=324508.6X+7271.35,r=0.9999,线性范围6.4～32μg·ml^(-1)。结论:此法准确、可靠,简便快速,可适于甲硝唑栓的含量测定。Objective: A HPLC method for determination of metronidazole suppository was described using ODS (150mm×4. 6mm, 10μm)column. Methods: The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(20 : 80). The wavelength used for detection was 310nm. The flow rate was 1ml f22 min-1. Result: The average recovery was 99. 8%,RSD was 0. 19%(n=5). The regression formula is y= 324508.6X + 7271. 35,r = 0. 9999. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6. 4-32μg · ml-1. Conclusion: The method was found to be convenient,accurate. It can be used as a method of quality control
