摘  要:目的 探讨微型钛合金加压钢板、螺钉治疗指骨骨折效果及临床应用经验。 方法 采用微型钛合金加压钢板、螺钉治疗指骨骨折 46例 5 4指 ,术后 1周开始功能锻炼。 结果 术后平均随访 4个月 ,按照TAM标准判定功能结果 ,优 36指 ,良 11指 ,优良率 87.1%。骨折临床愈合平均 5 .6周 ,未发生骨折不愈合和伤口感染。 结论 微型钛合金加压钢板、螺钉固定复杂指骨骨折牢靠 ,功能恢复良好 ,与其他方法相比有一定优点。Objective To report the clinical experience of compressive titanium miniature plate and screw treatment for phalangeal fractures. Method 54 fingers of 46 patients with phalangeal fractures were treated by compressive titanium miniature plate and screw internal fixation. Active motion exercises were started 1 week postoperatively. Result The average follow-up period after the surgery was 4 months (range 3~6 months). According to the criteria of TAM, the final arc of total active motion was excellent for 36 fractures,good/fair for 11,and poor for 7.The average period of clinical healing of the fractures was 5.6 weeks.Nonunion and wound infection had not been found. Conclusion The titanium miniature plate and screw treatment possesses definit advantages for complex phalangeal fractures in comparison with other methods.
