Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血β_2-m和尿β_2-m、Alb、IgG检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨血 β2 - m和尿 β2 - m、Alb、Ig G含量在 型糖尿病患者中的水平。方法　应用放射免疫分析法测定了 82例 型糖尿病患者血β2 - m和尿β2 - m、Alb、Ig G含量 ,并以 35名正常人作对照组。结果　 型糖尿病患者血 β2 - m和尿 β2 - m、Alb、Ig G含量显著高于正常人 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　测定 型糖尿病患者血 β2 - m和尿 β2 - m、Alb、Ig G水平可作为Objective To study the levels of serum β 2 m and urine β 2 m?Alb?IgG in patients with diabetes type Ⅱ.Methods Eighty two patients with diabetes type Ⅱ were tested by radioimmunoassay (RIA) for the levels of serum β 2 m and urine β 2 m?Alb?IgG and the results were compared with those in thirty five normal controls.Results The levels of serun β 2 m and urine β 2 m?Alb?IgG in diabetic patients were obvirously higher than those in normal controls( P <0.01).Conclusion Detection of serum β 2 m and urine β 2 m?Alb?IgG has an important value in early diagnosis of diabetic renopathy.
