摘　　要：目的 :探索老年人断指 (肢 )再植的适应症 ,找出其有别于年轻人再植的规律及手术特点 ,分析其再植的不利因素以及术前准备、术中操作、术后治疗、并发症的预防和处理的特点及要求。方法 :总结 1991年～ 2 0 0 0年 8月间 5 0～ 6 9岁断指 (肢 )再植病人 79例 94指 (肢 ) ,随访时间 6～ 36个月。结果 :94指 (肢 )病例中再植成功 72指 (肢 ) ,成功率为 76 .6 0 %。其中获得 、 级功能 39指 (肢 ) ,仅占再植成功的 5 4.17%。结论 :掌握老年人再植的特点及要求 ,对于减少术后并发症 ,提高再植成功率及患指 (肢 )功能恢复有着重要意义。To discuss the indication of replantation in elder,find out the different characteristic of replanation in elder from in youngth,analyse the bad factors,preoperation ready,operating technique,postoperation observation and treatment.Methods:79 cases,94 finges in elder were replanted form 1991 to 2000,6～36 mouths of follow-up study was made in all the patients.Results:72 fingers of all the 94(76.6%) were replanted successfully,39 of them(54.20%) got 1 or 2 functional grade.Conclusion:It was very important to manage the characteristic of replantation in elder in reducing complication,increasing the successful rate and recovering the function.
