摘　　要：目的 :探讨系列钢丝环加“8”字内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法 :针对横断、不同程度粉碎性骨折分别采用横“U”形加“8”字钢丝、半环形加“8”字钢丝、环形加“8”字钢丝的方法作内固定。结果 :术后随访 12个月— 9年 ,骨折全部愈合 ,优良率达 95 .8%。结论 :系列钢丝环加“8”字内固定治疗髌骨骨折 ,内固定坚强 ,能最大限度地进行早期功能锻炼 ,无不良并发症。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of series figure of eight and circular wiring fixation for curing patellar fracture.Method:Using figure of eight and transverse 'U'wiring,figure of eight and half circular wiring,figure of eight and circullar wiring.96 cases of transverse and different comminuted of fracture were treated.Result:96 cases were followed up ranging from one to nine years,the excellent and good rate was 95.8% on Xus grading system.Conclusion:Series figure of eight and circullar wiring fixation for curing patellar fracture,the fixation was stable,the patients could exercise early,less complication.
