3种后路脊柱内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的体会

摘　　要：目的 :总结应用 L uque棒、Harrington撑开棒和椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗急性胸腰椎骨折的经验。方法 :对 35例急性胸腰椎骨折分别采用 L uque棒、Harrington撑开棒和椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗。结果 :35例经 1年以上随访 ,按Frankel分级 ,改善 2级 11例 ,改善 1级 15例 ,无恢复 9例。结论 :任何一种内固定器都有一定的优、缺点 ,应根据骨折类型合理选择 ,以达到最佳效果。Objective:To present the experience with internal fixation Luque′s rods,Harrington′s distraction rods and pedicle screws plating treatment acute thoracolumbar spine fracture.Method:35 cases of the thoracolumbar spine were treated with internal fixation devices.Results:All patients were followed up 1 year.By Frankel grading,11 cases improveⅡ grade,15 cases improveⅠ grade and 9 cases obtain no recovery.Conclusion;Every internal fixation had its superiority and deficiency.The authors believed that the internal fixation should be selected reasonably according to condition of types of fractrue,in order to acquiring the excellent results.
