摘　　要：目的：通过对上海市儿童福利院的孤残儿童寄养到　家庭后目前的智力水平进行调查，了解这些孤残儿童被寄养后智力水平的发展及孤残儿童家　庭寄养的现实意义。方法：采用智力测验和社会适应性行为测定相结合。结果：５０％左右的寄养儿童能很好地或比较好地回归到社会生活中去，其精神神经得到良好的发育；另一半寄养儿童的整体发育也得到不同程度的改善和提高。结论：寄养儿童年龄越小、寄养时间越长，则更有利于寄养孤残儿童的智力发育。Objectives: To test IQ development of children befor e and after adopting and to understand the IQ development level of these children after being placed into local families. Methods: combing IQ test and Social behavior test. Results: About 50% of these had well returned to the main society, whose mental health were improved as well, another half of these fostered children were improved in various aspect. Conclu- sion: The younger and the longer these kids being fostered, the better the IQ development in these children.
