摘　　要：介绍了一种小型脉冲大功率模块。该模块采用二层腔体结构 ,很好地解决了体积、散热以及功率损耗等关键技术问题 ,在 S波段范围内 ,输出功率大于 3 6 0瓦。此放大器采用微波混合集成电路 ,钎焊组装结构 ,二次稳压电源。放大器具有体积小、可靠性高。A type of small sized high pulse power module is introduced in this paper.It employs two layer spacious structure and solves the key questions such as size,thermal dissipation,and power cost.The power exceeds 360 Watt within designated band.The module combines microwave strip and lumped circuits and is fabricated on a ceramic substrate.Its two times conversions of electric voltage take protective measures into considerations.Small size,high repliability,and high power are its prominent characteristics.
