摘　　要：以国家某些重点工程较规范的招标、评标要求 ,介绍通常招投标的评标机构、评标程序与安排、评标办法与内容 ,并浅谈如何编好标书 ,作好答辩 。Based on the standard requirements for bid invitation and appraisal of some state key projects, it introduces the bid appraisal organizations, appraisal procedure and arrangement, as well as the appraisal method and contents. It also presents some understandings to the methods of compiling bid submission document, doing well in bid reply and achieving good bidding effect.
