摘 要:详细介绍了金属零件激光快速成型的原理、技术特点、系统组成及国外最新研究成果。我们建成了金属零件激光快速成型的专用系统,研究了663锡青铜及316L 不锈钢的激光快速成型工艺及零件的组织性能,成功制备出具有一定复杂外形的零件,所制零件组织致密,力学性能与铸造及锻造退火态相当,显示出广阔的发展前景。The basic principle,technical characteristics,system composition as well as the latest achieve- ments for laser direct forming of metal parts are described in detail in this paper.We established a special system for laser direct forming of metal parts.The techniques for laser direct forming of 663 copper alloy and 316L stainless steel,as well as the microstructure and properties of formed parts were studied.Some parts with complicate shape were fabricated successfully.The formed microstructure was fully dense;the as-formed mechanical properties were equivalent to those of castings and wrought annealed materials,suggesting considerable potential of this new tech- nique.
