摘　　要：苯并环丁烯树脂以其诸多优良性能在许多高新技术领域有着广泛的应用,是当今材料科学研究的热点之一。综述了苯并环丁烯(BCB)和苯并环丁烯双联体(BB)的主要合成方法,简要介绍了多种苯并环丁烯双联体(BB)的性能和在高新技术中的应用。Benzocyclobutene resin has been used in many high tech fields for its excellent performances.It is one of hot research topics in marterial science.This paper briefly introduces the main synthesis method of benzocy- clobutene and its dimers,and the properties and applications of many kinds of benzocyclobutene resins.
