摘 要:用电阻法测量了固溶后Ti-49.6Ni形状记忆合金的相变行为,马氏体逆相变具有明显的相变 温度点;在降温过程中没有发生R相变 在该热处理制度下材料疲劳后,在升温过程中没有明显的逆相变 温度点;在降温过程中出现R相变,电阻-温度曲线特征发生明显规律性变化.提出一种解释这一现象 的微观机制.The transformation behavior was studied by electrical resistance method for Ti-49.6Ni shape memory alloy after solution, results showed that there was no R transformation occurred during the martensite transformation, and the reverse martensite transformation temperature points As as well as Af could be discerned clearly in the heating process. With the same kind of heat treatment, R transformation occurred after the specimen underwent cyclic stress or strain, in the meantime the reverse transformation temperature points As, Af were illegible during the reverse martensite transformation. The characteristics of resistance-temperature curve (R-T curve) of Ti-49.6Ni shape memory alloy changed apparently and regularly. A micro-structural mechanism was proposed to interpret observed effect in this paper.
