人体蠕形螨病的临床症状分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨蠕形螨感染人体后的常见症状、体征及其对人体的危害。方法　用透明胶纸法、直接刮拭法、挤压刮拭法筛选人体蠕形螨感染者 192 9例 ,并详细询问临床症状 ,仔细检查患处皮损。结果　无症状者、轻微痒感者、烧灼样刺痛者分别占 13 43%、 5 1 2 2 %、 2 7 84% ;无体征、局部弥漫性潮红、红色斑丘疹、半球形小结节、脓疱疖肿者分别占 17 6 8%、 5 3 86 %、 18 40 %、 7 0 5 %、 3 0 1%。轻度、中度、重度、严重度感染率分别为 6 8 43 %、 2 6 2 3%、 4 10 %、 1 2 4%。结论　人体蠕形螨感染后临床症状体征具有多样性 ,感染类型轻重不一 ,可致患处多种形式皮损 ,以轻中度感染多见 ,并随感染时间延长而加重。是影响人类皮肤健康的重要致病因素之一 。Objective To study on the common symptom and physical sign after being infected by demidex and its dangerness on the human.Methods The 1929 patients with human demodex were screened by cellophane swab,direct scrape and extruding scrape,and their discomfort symtoms were inquired,and the skin injury was tested inseriously.Results The rates of symtomlessness,hight itch,cautery were 13 43%,51 22%,27 84,the rates of nonphysical sign siffuse flush of local skin,red exanthema maculosum and papular eruption,little node with change of half goal,puric furuncle were 17 68%,53 86%,18 40%,7 05%,3 01% The infective rates of light-extent,moderate-extent,heavy-extent,serve-extent were 64 43%,26 23%,4 01%,1 24% Conclusion The symptom and physical sign after being infected by human demodex was multifarious,and its infection type was different.The light infection was more common and its infection extent was increase with time prolongation.Human demodex is one of the best important pathogenic factors for the skin health of human being and must be enough emphasized.
