摘　　要：目的　探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在终止早期妊娠中的效果。方法　对 80 3例妊娠 5～ 10周妇女药物流产 ,每日早晚空腹各服米非司酮 2 5mg ,连续 3日 ,第四日服米索前列醇 6 0 0 μg ,观察流产效果。 结果　流产有效率为 95 2 % ,完全流产率孕 5～ 8周为 89 2 % ,孕 8～ 10周为 78 1% ,副反应小 ,损伤少 ,痛苦轻。结论　米非司酮配伍米索药物流产对需要终止妊娠 ,不愿或不宜做手术的妇女是比较理想的终止早孕的方法。Objective The efficacy of Ru486 combined with misoprostol for termination of early pregnancy were investigated.Methods 803 early pregnant women with amenorrhea 5～10 weeks took orally drngs:Ru486 50mg(25mg Bid) were given in 3 days.Misoprostol 600μg were given on the 4th day.Results The efficacious abortion rate was 95 2%.The compele abortion rate:amenorrhea 5～8 week was 89 2%,amenorrhea 8～10 weeks was 78 1%.The side effects were low the ache was little.Conclusion Ingestion Ru486 and misoprostol may be an effective mothed of elective termination of early pregnancy.
