摘　　要：目的　研究海头红的化学成分。方法　利用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱等分离纯化其化学成分 ,并根据理化性质、光谱数据分析确定化合物的结构。结果　分离纯化得到 7个化合物 ,确定了其中 5个化合物的结构 ,它们是四十三烷 (Ⅰ )、三十四烷 (Ⅱ )、对 羟基苯甲醛 (Ⅲ )、尿嘧啶 (Ⅳ )和 7 豆甾烯 3β 醇 (Ⅴ )。 结论　上述化合物均为首次从该海藻中分离得到。OBJECTIVE: To study the constituents of the thallus of Plocamium telfairiae. METHODS: The constituents were isolated by means of preparative silica gel chromatography separation and their structures were elucidated by physical, chemical evidence and spectral data. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated from this alga, and the structures of five compounds among them were determined as tritetracontane (I), tetratriacontane (II), p-hydroxylbenaldehyde (III), uracil (IV) and 7-stigmastenol-3β (V). CONCLUSION: The compounds mentioned above were isolated from this alga for the first time.
