直肠粘膜保护剂治疗内痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨直肠粘膜保护剂 (太宁栓剂 )治疗内痔的疗效及安全性研究。方法　对 6 2 5例内痔采用太宁栓剂纳肛 ,每次 1枚 ,每天 2次 ,连用 6天 ,分别观察病人用药 2天和 6天后出血、局部不适、分泌物、瘙痒和脱出等常见症状改善情况。结果　 (1)治疗后症状消失或好转的起效时间平均为 34h。 (2 )治疗 2天后出血、局部不适、分泌物、瘙痒和脱出症状消失者分别占 31 35 %、39 2 3%、44 2 7%、5 1 36 %和 2 5 71% ;治疗 6天后上述症状消失者分别占 73 2 4%、72 15 %、76 6 8%、71 36 %和 44 44 %。 (3)治疗 6天后出血、局部不适、分泌物、瘙痒和脱出症状消失加好转者分别达 95 2 0 %、87 41%、83 40 %、81 36 %、45 0 8%。 (4 )用药后所有病人均无全身不良反应 ,仅 2 5例有局部不良反应 (占 4% ) ,绝大多数病人对药物耐受性好。结论　直肠粘膜保护剂是治疗内痔有效的局部用药 ,特别对出血病人止血起效快、总疗效好 ,且安全性高。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of rectal protector (Titanoreine suppository) in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods Titanoreine suppository was given per anal twice a day in 625 patients with acute hemorrhoids for six days.Symptoms and signs of hemorrhoids were observed on the 2nd and the 6th day following treatment respectively.Results The rates that symptoms of bleeding,anal discomfort,secretion,itching and prolapse disappeared were 31 35%,39 23%,44 27%,51 36% and 25 71% respectively on the 2nd day following treatment and 73 24%,72 15%,76 68%,71 36% and 44 44% respectively on the 6th day following treatment.The effective rates were 95 20%,87 41%,83 40%,81 36% and 45 08% respectively on the 6th day following treatment,including the patients improved symptomatically.All of the patients had not general reaction,only 25 patients (4%)had fellings of anal discomfort after treatment.Conclusion The study shows that rectal mucosa protector (Titanoreine suppository) is an effective and safe drug in treating patients with hemorrhoids in the acute stage,especially in cases of early degree.
