钙通道阻滞剂对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨钙通道阻滞剂对重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)血液流变学的影响。方法　Wistar大鼠 4 5只 ,随机分为A组 ,假手术组 ;B组 ,SAP组 ;C组 ,钙通道阻滞剂治疗组。观察各组血液流变学、酶学、胰腺及肺、肾的病理学改变。结果　SAP时低切下全血粘度为 ( 9 5± 0 7)、红细胞聚集指数为 ( 2 5 4± 0 14 )、红细胞刚性指数为 ( 4 5 3± 0 18) ,胰腺及胰外器官病理损害严重 ;治疗组上述各血液流变学指标分别为 :( 7 8± 0 5 )、( 2 17± 0 12 )、( 4 0 1± 0 13 ) ,与SAP组比较P值均 <0 0 5 ,胰腺及胰外器官的病理损害程度明显减轻 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且血液流变学异常与胰腺病理损害程度呈正相关(P <0 0 5 )。结论　钙通道阻滞剂能有效地改善SAP大鼠血液流变学异常 ,减轻胰腺及胰外器官的病理损害。Objective To study the effect of calcium channel blockers(CCB) on blood rheology in murine severe acute pancreati tis(SAP).Method Wistar rats were divided into group A:sham-oprative group, group B:SAP group, group C:SAP treat ed with CCB. Blood rheology, enzymatic levels and pathology of the pancreas,kidn ey, and lung were evaluated.Result In SAP group,the whole blood viscosity at low shear rate was (9.5±0.7),the ag glutinatin index of red blood cell was (2.54±0.14),the rigidity idex was (4. 53±0.18),the scoring or grading of pancreas, kidney, and lung showed the damag es were severe.In SAP with CCB therapy group,the blood rheology indexes were (7 .8±0.5),(2.17±0.12) and (4.01±0.13) (P<0.05),the pathologic dama ges of pancreas and extra-pancreatic organs were all less severe(P<0.05),the rank correlatio n analysis showed a positive relationship between the blood rheology abnorma lity and the multiple organ damage during SAP(P<0.05).Conclusion During the course of SAP,CCB ameliorated the b lood rheology abnormality and showed a protective effect against multiple organ damage.
