摘  要:一种由微机控制的测量速度和压力的快速扫描阀系统已经用于双流道氧枪复射流流场中。在氧气炼钢转炉中为了使 CO 进行二次燃烧,必须使用双流道氧枪。为了研究双流道氧枪复射流特性,在射流完全发展区沿直径方向放一根测杆,在测杆上排列着96支皮托管。皮托管末端的总压管和静压管用塑料软管分别与扫描阀中的4个压力传感器相连接,在16秒钟内扫描阀能自动扫描192个测压点。结果,总压、静压和速度分布能立即显示在 CRT上。为了获得高的测量精度,压力传感器的零点漂移能由软件来消除,同时每支皮托管都用 DANTEC 标定设备进行了速度标定。该测量系统也能用于其它工业规模的流场,如大型风洞,喷气发动机,流化床等。A microcomputer-controlled fast scanivalve system formeasuring pressure and velocity has been used in multiple jet flowfield from a dual oxygen flow lance, which is necessary for CO post-combustion in oxygen steelmaking converters.In order to study the char-acteristics of the multiple jet.96 Pitot tubes were arranged on a meas-uring pole along the multiple jet diameter in the fully developed jetregion.The total and static pressure tubes at the end of the Pitot tubewere connected with 4 pressure sensors respectively in the scanivalveusing soft plastic tubes,so that a total of 192 pressure points can bescanned automatically within 16 seconds.As a result,the total pressure,static pressure and velocity distributions were displayed simultaneouslyon a CRT.In order to obtain a high measuring accuracy,the zero driftof the pressure sensor can be eliminated by means of a software,and eachPitot tube was calibrated in velocity by use of a DANTEC calibrationequipment.The measurement system can also be applicable for othercommercial scale flow field,such as larger wind channels,jet engines,fluidized beds etc.
