摘  要:利用失重和XRD分析研究了试样组成、合成温度、保温时间和N2 分压等工艺条件对粘土碳热还原氮化合成 β’ Sialon粉体的影响。结果表明 :加入超过化学计量 10 %的碳 ,适当提高合成温度和延长保温时间 ,适当减小氮气分压 ,都有利于β’ Sialon的形成。轻烧粘土对氮化反应影响不大 ;β’The influence of technological condition(including sample composition,synthesis temperature,holding time and partial pressure of N 2) on synthesis of β' Sialon powder from clay by carbothermal reduction nitridation was researched with weightlessness & XRD analysis.It was shown that the optimal technological condition for synthesizing β' Sialon was adding 10% C excess of chemical measurement,properly raising synthesis temperature and extending holding time,and properly controlling partial pressure of N 2.The influence of incomplete sintered clay on nitridation reaction was not strong.The analysis on the formation process of β' Sialon showed that the carbothermal reduction nitridation reaction was mainly controlled by the additional product-CO and SiO.
