钙质中间包覆盖剂的研制与应用

摘　　要：通过添加适当的稀释剂、引气剂和保气剂 ,优化覆盖剂的组成、粘度、熔化温度和熔化速度 ,研制出的钙质中间包覆盖剂自由碳含量低 ,在使用过程中粉尘少、不结壳、不挂渣 ,铺展性能和保温效果好。使用该覆盖剂后 ,中间包渣中SiO2 、Al2 O3、S、MnO的含量大幅度增加 ,说明该覆盖剂对钢液中的SiO2 、Al2 O3、S、MnO等夹杂物具有极强的吸附作用 ,可起到净化钢水。CaO based tundish cover agent was developed by adding appropriate diluent,foaming agent and foaming keeping agent and optimizing the chemical composition,viscosity,melting temperature and melting velocity.It has low free carbon content.Under the service condition,the cover agent spurts little dust,does not congeal and has not slag adhered,and has good spreading and insulating properties.When the cover agent was used,the contents of SiO 2 ,Al 2 O 3 ,MnO and S in the tundish slag increased greatly,which showed that the cover agent could strongly absorb inclusions such as SiO 2 ,Al 2 O 3 ,MnO and S.So the cover agent could purify the molten steel and improve billet quality.
