摘　　要：近十年间 ,我国硫磺制酸工业发展很快 ,装置规模逐步扩大 ,为加快国产化步伐 ,针对6 0 0～ 80 0kt/a硫磺制酸装置 ,探讨了提高装备国产化率的诸因素 ,认为国产的主鼓风机、精硫泵、浓硫酸循环泵等可满足长周期稳定运行的要求 ,使装备的国产化率由 87%提高到 94%～ 96 %。In the last 10 years,the Chinese sulfur based sulfuric acid industry has been developing very quickly,and the plant scale has been increasing gradually.In order to accelerate the localization,with 600～800*!kt/a sulfur based sulfuric acid plants targeted,authors research on factors to raise the localization percentage of equipment and think that China made main air blowers,rectified sulfur pumps,and concentrated sulfuric acid circulating pumps,etc.can meet the requirement for long period stable operation,increasing the localization percentage of equipment from 87% to 94%～96%.
