摘　　要：针对ＺＳＺ－３型声幅变密度测井仪原弹簧片式扶正器在生产中所发生的弹簧片易断裂、机械部位难保养、扶正效果差、维修成本高等问题，研制了ＴＹＴ－４型扶正器，以八臂四轮、迭层弹簧片内置结构替代原先的弹簧片结构。经过现场使用，效果良好，降低了维修成本，提高了测井的质量及生产效率。TYF -4 centralizer is developed instead of the old one in Z& - 3B acoustic amplitude variable density logging tool Eight anus and four sheaves are adopted to replace the original spring leaves, which can effectively reduce the problems of easy broken of spring leaves, difficult maintenance, bad centralizing effect and high maintenance coat. The actual application results show that it lowers the maintenance coat, improves the logging quality and production efficiency.
