摘 要:四川盆地储层类型多种多样 ,地质特征纷繁复杂 ,表现为在纵向上Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类储层交替分布、横向上对比性差 ,且大多数低渗气藏还具有深埋、高温、高压、高含硫和多产层等特点。针对四川盆地低渗储层的特点 ,通过组织“九五”研究攻关 ,形成了一套适合四川盆地低渗储层压裂酸化工艺体系。无论从施工工艺、入井材料、室内评价检测手段 ,还是优化设计及后评估技术都已达到国内领先水平。文章概括叙述了四川盆地低渗储层地质特征及压裂酸化工艺体系 ,并详细介绍了四川压裂酸化的最新工艺技术———多级交替注入 +闭合酸化组合工艺 ,降滤失酸酸压工艺等深穿透酸压工艺 ,大液量、大排量、高砂比的施工工艺及压裂液快速返排强制闭合裂缝的返排技术、缝高控制技术、现场实时监测评价和裂缝诊断技术、多产层分层改造技术、室内实验分析评价手段及优化设计与后评估技术等。所介绍的压裂酸化改造技术对国内其它地区的增产改造具有一定的应用价值。The types of the reservoirs in Sichuan basin are various and the geological property is complex. The reservoirs of category I, II and III are alternatively distributed longitudinally and have a bad correlation horizontally, and majority of the low-permeability gas reservoirs has such characteristics as deep buried depth, high temperature, high pressure, high sulphur content and multiple pays, etc. In view of the characteristics of the low-permeability reservoirs in Sichuan basin and through a research on the key technical problems during the 'Ninth Five-year Plan', a fracturing and acidizing technology system suited to the low-permeability reservoirs in Sichuan basin is formed. Operating technology, running materials, laboratory evaluation and determination measures, optimal design and later evaluation technique, etc., have reached advanced level at home. In this paper, the geological property of the low-permeability reservoirs in Sichuan basin and the fracturing and acidizing technology system are briefly narrated and the newest fracturing and acidizing technologies and techniques used in Sichuan - the combination technology of multi-stage alternative injection with closed acidizing, the deep-penetration acidizing and fracturing technology (such as that with fluid loss control acid, etc.), the operating technology by use of high pumping rate, great-quantity of fluid and high sand ratio, as well as the back discharge technique (rapidly discharging fracturing fluid back to force the fractures closed immediately), the fractures height control technique, the prompt monitoring, evaluation and examination on the spot, the separate zone stimulation of multiple pays; the laboratory analysis and evaluation measures, the optimal design and later evaluation technique, etc., are presented in detail, which has a certain application value for the tight pays stimulation and reformation in the other areas of China.
